HardWare Requirement

  • CTI Sever - Intel Core Duo-2 processor, 160 GB HDD, 1 GB RAM 15" TFT Color Monitor.
  • Duel port ISDN PRI Card

    • Connection Requirement

  • ISDN PRI Connection.
  • Internet connection with public IP address (Required for support and remote access).
